1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Northern Exposure ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential and Commercial Pressure Washing
• Siding and Soft-Wash Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning and Debris Removal
• Concrete and Driveway Surface Cleaning

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and safety of your property, customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all windows and doors are tightly closed and sealed.
• Clearing the work area of fragile items, furniture, or vehicles.
• Providing access to a working exterior water source.

4. Liability

Northern Exposure will perform all services with professional care. However, we are not responsible for damage due to previously existing loose siding, windows, or wood rot that may be exacerbated by pressure washing.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of New York State. Northern Exposure and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
